Piano Noir delves deep into the pianist’s psyche. Just about the piano, things that teachers don’t share with the public about the piano (a bit about where it gets dirty & rough in piano politics), and then soothing things about the piano just to assure you that we know and hear what most people want out of the piano. Most people see the simplicity of their first piano recital, or the glorious playing at different well known competitions aired live on your living room flat screen TV.

The writer “Angela M. “Kikuchi” Kneale is native from Bucks County, PA where she studied and learned piano in the largest organic piano environments between Philadelphia &  New York City with some of the best Master Teachers in the world in the last quarter of the 20th century. The dawn of the 21st century allowed her to teach over 300 students in individual private piano lessons at a Music Conservatory in the Deleware Valley and relocate to Hawaii by 2009 for the past 2.5 years to reflect on her experiences.
